Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and advocate for customer needs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 2+ years of experience in account management or a related technical role
- Familiarity with GIS technologies, IT systems, APIs, or enterprise integration workflows
- Must reside within a reasonable distance of a major airport in Arkansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, or Tennessee
