Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Client Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and oversee business development for a portfolio of up to $30-40M
• Ensure delivery assurance by collaborating with stakeholders to meet client commitments
• Create and manage account plans, including relationship building and opportunity identification

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent, or 11+ years of relevant experience in lieu of education
• Significant business development and project management experience
• Experience in the manufacturing industry
• Proven track record of building relationships with C-level clients
• Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading presentations
