Account Manager - Southwest

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
• Develop relationships with new leads and educate customers about products and services
• Manage order inquiries and ensure a satisfactory customer experience throughout the rental process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university desired
• Minimum 2 years' experience in the event or hospitality industry in relevant functions
• Proficiency in IntelliEvent software and experience with CRM systems
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and percentages
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
