A company is looking for a Senior Account Manager: B2C Local.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams, managing projects and initiatives
- Own and develop marketing strategies for clients, coordinating with fulfillment teams for execution
- Communicate value to clients and identify opportunities for account growth through upselling and cross-selling
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience managing client accounts in digital marketing, with agency experience required
- 2+ years managing $10k+ monthly multi-channel SMB to Enterprise client accounts
- 1+ years of experience in a B2C local industry, preferably in home services
- 1+ years of CRM experience (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce)
- 2+ years of experience creating strategies with SEM, SEO, and Meta platforms
