Key Responsibilities
- Own and scale expansion and renewals revenue across mid-market and enterprise customers
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Account Managers focused on driving expansion outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize strategies for customer engagement and account growth
Required Qualifications
- 10-12+ years in B2B SaaS, with at least 6 years in leadership roles related to account management or expansion
- Extensive experience in CX SaaS customer support or automation is strongly preferred
- Proven track record of driving over 120% NRR in companies with $50M+ ARR
- Strong operational skills with the ability to balance strategy and execution
- Proficiency in tools like Hubspot, Gainsight, and Gong
