Required Qualifications
  • 10-12+ years in B2B SaaS, with at least 6 years in leadership roles related to account management or expansion
  • Extensive experience in CX SaaS customer support or automation is strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of driving over 120% NRR in companies with $50M+ ARR
  • Strong operational skills with the ability to balance strategy and execution
  • Proficiency in tools like Hubspot, Gainsight, and Gong
