A company is looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the post-sale technical relationship with customer stakeholders and provide strategic technical guidance
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through regular meetings and collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Identify and manage customer risk while training customers on product usage and engaging them for additional use cases
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of customer-facing experience in cybersecurity software/technology
- Hands-on experience with technologies such as Endpoint Security, Network Security, and SaaS Security
- Strong understanding of internet protocols and data formats
- Familiarity with common Security and Compliance frameworks
- Self-motivated with a customer-focused approach
