Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the post-sale technical relationship with customer stakeholders and provide strategic technical guidance
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships through regular meetings and collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Identify and manage customer risk while training customers on product usage and engaging them for additional use cases
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years of customer-facing experience in cybersecurity software/technology
  • Hands-on experience with technologies such as Endpoint Security, Network Security, and SaaS Security
  • Strong understanding of internet protocols and data formats
  • Familiarity with common Security and Compliance frameworks
  • Self-motivated with a customer-focused approach
