Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Contracting responsible for leading the contracting process from negotiation to execution with targeted accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the contracting process and act as the primary negotiator for targeted accounts
- Develop strategies for multi-year contracting to enhance access to services for accounts with fewer than 250K lives
- Oversee the review and approval process for account proposals, ensuring compliance with corporate policies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with at least five years of experience in contract analysis and development
- Minimum of eight years in Contracting, Finance, Legal, Account Management, Pricing, or Corporate Strategy
- At least three years of experience in an account management role
- Experience evaluating compliance with standards, laws, and regulations
- Leadership experience is preferred
