Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of mid-market or enterprise customer accounts to grow revenue and product adoption
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Sales Engineers to ensure product adoption and support technical needs
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and provide reliable forecasts using CRM tools
Required Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in a customer-facing role in a SaaS high-growth environment
- Willingness to work during US business hours
- Experience in onboarding and maintaining customer relationships throughout the lifecycle
- Proficiency in managing renewal conversations and growing accounts
- Experience with CRM documentation and opportunity status updates
