• Manage client escalations and ensure adherence to departmental standards and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Minimum of 8 years of work experience required
• At least 3 years of leadership experience in the PBM or healthcare service industry
• Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills
• Ability to interface effectively at all organizational levels
