Required Qualifications
  • Experience working with Fortune 500 customers
  • Project management experience within large or enterprise-level environments
  • Solid understanding of IP Telephony, SIP or H323, and Audio/Video codecs
  • Experience troubleshooting network problems, firewalls, and NAT
  • Able to articulate complex technical topics and address customer concerns diplomatically
