Required Qualifications
- Experience working with Fortune 500 customers
- Project management experience within large or enterprise-level environments
- Solid understanding of IP Telephony, SIP or H323, and Audio/Video codecs
- Experience troubleshooting network problems, firewalls, and NAT
- Able to articulate complex technical topics and address customer concerns diplomatically
