Job Summary
A company is looking for a CMMS Account Manager (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support CMMS operations across global locations, serving as the primary contact for all related matters
- Lead client relationships and oversee CMMS product activities, including implementations, training, and ongoing support
- Develop and monitor performance metrics for work order compliance and provide regular updates to management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education
- Prior experience with ServiceInsight CMMS product and leading a CMMS program required
- In-depth knowledge of EAM/CMMS is essential
- Microsoft Project classwork or certificate of training preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work towards specific goals with limited oversight
