Job Summary

A company is looking for a CMMS Account Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support CMMS operations across global locations, serving as the primary contact for all related matters
  • Lead client relationships and oversee CMMS product activities, including implementations, training, and ongoing support
  • Develop and monitor performance metrics for work order compliance and provide regular updates to management


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education
  • Prior experience with ServiceInsight CMMS product and leading a CMMS program required
  • In-depth knowledge of EAM/CMMS is essential
  • Microsoft Project classwork or certificate of training preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work towards specific goals with limited oversight
