Python Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Python Team Lead (AI/LLM/Camunda Stream).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project development streams and team resources to achieve goals
• Collaborate with product managers to build service development strategies and consult with technical support teams
• Design service architecture, make technical decisions, and participate in code reviews

Key Qualifications

• Expert understanding of backend development for high-load services in Python, with at least 4 years of experience
• Experience managing development teams and establishing effective workflows
• Skills and experience in designing products, services, APIs, and integrations
• Experience working with high-load systems and large databases
• Good understanding of Gitflow and CI/CD processes (Docker/Kubernetes)
