Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Salesforce Engineer to enhance and extend their loan origination and servicing platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand functionality on the Salesforce-native loan origination and servicing system
• Architect Salesforce scale-safe solutions considering best practices and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and mentor team members

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on development and architecture experience within the Salesforce ecosystem
• Significant experience with no-code and pro-code tools, including Apex, LWC, and Flows
• Experience managing sandboxes with data masking and seeding practices
• Proven track record of overseeing product iterations from ideation to release
• Fluent in CI/CD and version control using GitHub
