QA Release Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a QA & Release Manager for IT Infrastructure & Operations (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Own the quality and release lifecycle for infrastructure changes across data centers and public cloud environments
• Establish quality gates and automate validation processes for infrastructure changes
• Integrate infrastructure changes into CI/CD pipelines and ensure compliance with risk and audit standards

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise Infrastructure & Operations, with 3-5+ years leading QA and Release for infra/platform changes
• Experience in creating a repeatable release train with measurable reliability
• Strong command of ITIL v4 change principles for modern infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with source control, pipeline tooling, and incident management
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to define and improve operational KPIs
