Quality Assurance Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager in Quality Assurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of QA engineers while fostering a culture of quality and accountability
• Define and implement overall QA strategy, including various testing methodologies and automation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing efforts with business priorities and release plans

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, including 2-3 years in a leadership role
• Strong background in QA strategy and execution, with expertise in automation frameworks
• Experience in the financial services domain and with Salesforce testing is highly desirable
• Proficiency in AWS services and cloud-based application architectures
