Quality Assurance Tester

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Quality Assurance/Tester.

Key Responsibilities

• Active role in Test Driven Development, Functional/Integration, Regression, and UAT Testing initiatives
• Develop, execute, and maintain software test plans and manual test scripts
• Log bugs/issues, provide internal Quality Assurance, and report on test plan results

Required Qualifications and Education

• University degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance Manual Testing
• General IT experience with an understanding of the Application Development Lifecycle
• Familiarity with Agile and Iterative Development processes
• Exposure to MS SQL or MySQL preferred; programming experience is a plus
