Quality Control Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Control Analyst to conduct audits of loan files and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quality control audits of loan files to ensure compliance with agency guidelines and company policies
• Assist the QC Manager with projects and attend relevant training sessions
• Prepare monthly reports of findings and create data reports in Excel or Access

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 3 years of underwriting experience in retail mortgage lending
• Knowledge of federal, state, and regulatory rules relevant to the mortgage industry
• Familiarity with HUD/FNMA/FHLMC/VA eligibility guidelines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
