Quality Control Reverification Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Control Reverification Specialist who will be responsible for verifying information and documentation for loan approvals.

Key Responsibilities

• Review loan files to identify documentation for reverification
• Utilize third-party vendor systems to complete reverifications
• Communicate with external entities to determine reverification methods

Required Qualifications

• Must be able to work on-site at least one day a week in San Ramon, CA
• Three years of experience in the mortgage industry, preferably in Processor, Closer, or Funder roles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience with BytePro and ACES is a plus
• High degree of integrity and confidentiality is required
