Quality Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Quality who will lead the design and implementation of the quality management system for a telehealth organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a company-wide quality strategy aligned with clinical and operational goals
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and monitor key quality indicators across clinical operations
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and oversee accreditation audits and inspections

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field
• 8-10+ years of healthcare quality management experience, with at least 3 years in digital health or telehealth
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality frameworks
• Experience leading quality programs in a technology-driven environment
• Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) or similar credential preferred
