A company is looking for a Quality Improvement Analyst-1 to support quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Owns, plans, and executes various audits for operational teams, adjusting for changes
- Tracks and analyzes audit data to identify root causes and recommend process improvements
- Prepares reports and presentations of audit findings for management and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is required; advanced work experience in quality may substitute for education
- 4+ years of experience in quality or business process improvement analysis
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, with advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with Microsoft Project and/or Visio is a plus
- Quick data processing skills are essential
