Quality Improvement Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Improvement Analyst-1 to support quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Owns, plans, and executes various audits for operational teams, adjusting for changes
• Tracks and analyzes audit data to identify root causes and recommend process improvements
• Prepares reports and presentations of audit findings for management and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; advanced work experience in quality may substitute for education
• 4+ years of experience in quality or business process improvement analysis
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, with advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience with Microsoft Project and/or Visio is a plus
• Quick data processing skills are essential
