Job Summary
A company is looking for a Quality Improvement Coordinator II focused on provider data management and system upkeep.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quality reviews of delegated entities and resolve quality issues
- Audit medical records and analyze data for quality improvement initiatives
- Coordinate and chair meetings with delegated entities and develop corrective action plans
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
- 3+ years of clinical, quality improvement, or healthcare experience
- 2+ years of experience in a quality function within a healthcare setting
- LPN, LVN, RN, PA, or LCSW license preferred
- CPHQ (Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality) preferred
