Technical Review Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Review Specialist I to join their Technical Review team in a fully remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Review claims and invoices to ensure compliance with industry standards
• Coordinate with adjusters and contractors to clarify deviations in completed work
• Create estimates and summaries for claims settlements based on review findings

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
• Thorough knowledge of the company's products and services
• Previous experience in a call center environment
• Ability to work flexible hours during high volume and CAT events
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills
