Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior QA Automation Lead (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the QA Automation team in defining and implementing testing strategies and best practices
• Drive test planning and execution of manual and automated testing across various systems
• Mentor QA engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance QA processes

Required Qualifications

• At least 5+ years of experience in manual and automation testing, with 1 year in a leadership role
• Experience in developing and executing test plans and scenarios
• Proficiency in writing automated tests using Selenium, Cypress, and Appium
• Experience with source control management tools like Git or Bitbucket
• Knowledge of testing complex GUIs, APIs, and platforms
