A company is looking for a Claims Quality Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quality reviews of functions performed in Client Billing, Enrollment, and Claims
- Recommend corrections/changes to systems, policies, and procedures to ensure high-quality work
- Assist the department Manager in reviewing the quality program to meet business and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
- Preferred Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Minimum one (1) year of related experience
