A company is looking for a Quality Outreach Coordinator to conduct outreach calls and assist members with care gaps.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct incoming and outgoing calls to educate members on closing gaps in care
- Maintain accurate records of member interactions and issues encountered
- Act as a liaison between members, providers, and community resources
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree in healthcare or 3 years of equivalent work experience
- 2 years of experience in case management or health insurance, specifically in closing care gaps
- 1 year of managed care experience
- Knowledge of the Managed Care or Health Insurance Industry and medical terminology
- Proficiency in PC and Windows-based software applications
