Quality Outreach Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Outreach Coordinator to conduct outreach calls and assist members with care gaps.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct incoming and outgoing calls to educate members on closing gaps in care
• Maintain accurate records of member interactions and issues encountered
• Act as a liaison between members, providers, and community resources

Required Qualifications

• Associates degree in healthcare or 3 years of equivalent work experience
• 2 years of experience in case management or health insurance, specifically in closing care gaps
• 1 year of managed care experience
• Knowledge of the Managed Care or Health Insurance Industry and medical terminology
• Proficiency in PC and Windows-based software applications
