Quality Program Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Program Associate to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Director in overseeing quality improvement activities for health plans across multiple states
• Develop, implement, and maintain initiatives to improve performance on HEDIS/Stars measures
• Analyze initiative results and identify performance improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience working in Quality
• Knowledge of managed care operations, HEDIS and STARS measures, and project management
• Analytical skills for synthesizing data and communicating business requirements to IT
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel
• Strong sense of humility and a desire to be a continuous learner
