RCM Data and Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Data and Business Intelligence Analyst to support the Defense Health Agency's Uniform Business Office and Data Quality Management Council.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct exploratory data analysis on large revenue-cycle datasets to identify patterns and risks
• Design interactive dashboards in Power BI/Tableau to visualize revenue cycle metrics and automate data refreshes
• Lead the preparation and submission of DQMC data-quality deliverables and facilitate working groups

Required Qualifications:

• Knowledge of revenue-cycle concepts and operations within the healthcare industry
• Proficiency with electronic health record and revenue-cycle software and systems
• Ability to analyze complex data and identify issues impacting revenue-cycle performance
• Eligibility for a DoD public-trust; U.S. citizenship required
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; certifications in RCM/data credentials are a plus
