Job Summary

A company is looking for a RCRA Compliance Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for major clients, ensuring timely and accurate regulatory reporting services
• Act as an authority on RCRA regulations and hazardous waste reporting, guiding compliance programs
• Oversee department improvements and implement process enhancements for operational excellence

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in hazardous waste regulatory compliance with in-depth knowledge of U.S. Federal RCRA regulations
• Experience managing customer-facing projects with multiple stakeholders
• 40-hour HAZWOPER Certification (preferred)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
