Key Responsibilities
- Maximize customer loyalty and satisfaction while communicating the value proposition of services
- Ensure compliance with FDA Good Manufacturing Practices and meet annual goals and metrics
- Hire, develop, and coach Customer Service Engineers while maintaining proactive account management
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- BS/BA in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 8+ years of successful experience in a directly related field
- Professional knowledge of analytical databases and complex Excel workbooks
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record over the last three years
- Experience managing large remote employee-based territories is preferred
