Registered Pharmacist Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Clinical Engagement Center (RPh).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day performance of Clinical Engagement Center (CEC) staff and ensure performance goals are met
• Participate in and support various CEC programming initiatives such as Medication Therapy Management and Personalized Member Transitions
• Develop clinical algorithms and call scripts, and facilitate communication and education regarding CEC programs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Pharm. D degree required
• Registered pharmacist with current unrestricted licensure in the state of home office or ability to gain reciprocity within 4 months
• 2+ years of clinical experience, including direct consultation experience
• Preferred experience as a clinical call center lead and as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
• Preferred experience in PBM or managed care
