A company is looking for a Part Time Remote Customer Service Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Navigate electronic health records to validate and document patient information while ensuring HIPAA compliance
  • Manage a high volume of incoming calls, addressing patient needs such as scheduling, medication refills, and insurance inquiries
  • Schedule patient visits, verify insurance eligibility, and communicate with healthcare providers regarding clinical information


Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2-5 years of experience in customer service or healthcare
  • Typing speed of at least 35 wpm with 90% accuracy
  • Availability for full-time training for 4 weeks
  • Must reside within 1 hour of St. Louis, Missouri
