Key Responsibilities
- Navigate electronic health records to validate and document patient information while ensuring HIPAA compliance
- Manage a high volume of incoming calls, addressing patient needs such as scheduling, medication refills, and insurance inquiries
- Schedule patient visits, verify insurance eligibility, and communicate with healthcare providers regarding clinical information
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-5 years of experience in customer service or healthcare
- Typing speed of at least 35 wpm with 90% accuracy
- Availability for full-time training for 4 weeks
- Must reside within 1 hour of St. Louis, Missouri
