A company is looking for a CPC Support Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Process medical record requests by handling calls from patients, insurance companies, and attorneys
- Document information across multiple platforms using two computer monitors
- Work in a high-volume production environment, maintaining efficiency and accuracy
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
- Experience in a call center or similar high-volume environment
- Ability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 4:30 pm EST
- Comfortable with remote work and using company-provided equipment
- Must meet health screening and vaccination requirements as mandated by clients
