Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Customer Support Specialist to assist a leading health insurance customer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate on multiple computer applications to assist calls and provide exceptional customer service
  • Accurately enroll members, make changes to membership records, and resolve discrepancies in the enrollment system
  • Complete projects in established timeframes and maintain cultural sensitivity while addressing member needs
Required Qualifications
  • Must have healthcare experience and customer service background
  • Ability to operate multiple computer applications effectively
  • Willingness to learn and apply new skills as customer expectations change
  • Reside in D.C., MD, or VA
  • Must be available for onsite orientation in D.C. or Baltimore, MD
