Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative - CONTRACT.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support for client facilities, including issue resolution and user assistance
  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats while documenting all actions and communications
  • Assist with consultations, prioritize issues, and maintain patient confidentiality according to HIPAA guidelines
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED with at least 3 months of related experience
  • Must have a hard-wired internet connection and a private workspace
  • Good organizational skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Able to effectively prioritize work on a daily basis
