A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative - CONTRACT.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support for client facilities, including issue resolution and user assistance
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats while documenting all actions and communications
- Assist with consultations, prioritize issues, and maintain patient confidentiality according to HIPAA guidelines
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED with at least 3 months of related experience
- Must have a hard-wired internet connection and a private workspace
- Good organizational skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Able to effectively prioritize work on a daily basis
