Key Responsibilities
- Lead federal policy development and strategies to enhance Veteran access to care
- Serve as the primary liaison between executive clients and program staff to ensure alignment with strategic goals
- Oversee governance charters, compliance procedures, and represent VHA during audits
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Health Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in program management, healthcare operations, or federal policy, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record in governance and stakeholder engagement
- Experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) preferred
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance
