Remote Functional Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Functional Manager for a remote position on a federal government healthcare modernization program.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead federal policy development and strategies to enhance Veteran access to care
• Serve as the primary liaison between executive clients and program staff to ensure alignment with strategic goals
• Oversee governance charters, compliance procedures, and represent VHA during audits

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Health Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• 8+ years of experience in program management, healthcare operations, or federal policy, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record in governance and stakeholder engagement
• Experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) preferred
• Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance
