Job Summary
A company is looking for an Access Control System and Service Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and maintain project requirement lists and provide weekly project updates
- Schedule and coordinate project reviews, follow up on assigned actions, and document important decisions from meetings
- Assist with monitoring project plans, ticketing systems, and identifying process improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, with 0 to 2 years of related experience
- Flexibility to work both in-office and remotely, with occasional adjustments to work hours
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Google Suite
- Proactive attitude and ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Understanding or previous experience with ticketing systems and/or project management systems is preferred
