Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed revenue targets for the assigned territory
- Identify, target, and build relationships with key decision-makers within public sector organizations
- Lead the sales process from prospecting to contract negotiations, ensuring a consultative approach
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably within the SaaS or Govtech sectors
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and successfully closing large-scale deals in the public sector
- Experience with Salesforce and other CRM tools for managing sales pipelines and customer interactions
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment and manage time effectively across multiple opportunities
