A company is looking for an Account Manager focused on revenue growth and deal closing.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive renewals and upsells by proactively engaging customers and negotiating expansions
- Close new deals by identifying opportunities and moving them from initial contact to signed order
- Partner with onboarding and support teams to ensure customer success and remove adoption blockers
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of meeting ARR or quota targets
- Expert negotiator and closer capable of crafting ROI-backed proposals and selling to executives
- Ability to manage a pipeline effectively, juggling inbound inquiries and self-sourced opportunities
- Organized and data-driven, with experience managing territory using CRM tools
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; knowledge of video captioning, transcription, or translation services is a plus
