Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager (New England).
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Account Executive in maintaining and growing business within specified accounts
- Serve as a liaison between customers, vendors, and internal resources while managing customer inquiries and relationships
- Identify growth opportunities and support sales cycles, including renewals and upselling
Required Qualifications:
- Proven success in Inside Sales
- Cyber Security experience is required
- Experience with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules
