Key Responsibilities
- Manage sub-account opening and account management while ensuring client satisfaction and retention
- Lead day-to-day operations for complex customer accounts and support less experienced team members
- Identify and resolve complex problems, enhance customer experience, and monitor team performance
Required Qualifications
- 5 or more years of sales experience in the banking industry
- 5 or more years of experience working with commercial customers and deposits
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Strong understanding of compliance and related banking processes
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
