Key Responsibilities
- Collect and resolve payments from insurance companies and execute the denial appeals process
- Prepare and submit reports, and communicate ongoing problems to management
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and identify process improvements
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years of collection experience preferred
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations
- Basic experience and knowledge of PC applications
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-stress environment
