A company is looking for an Account Resolution Specialist 1.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and resolve payments from insurance companies and execute the denial appeals process
  • Prepare and submit reports, and communicate ongoing problems to management
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and identify process improvements
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 2 years of collection experience preferred
  • Ability to perform mathematical calculations
  • Basic experience and knowledge of PC applications
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-stress environment
