Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Supervisor, Bookkeeper & QA.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a variety of client accounts, ensuring accurate bookkeeping and financial reporting
• Drive team performance through mentoring, training, and monitoring of bookkeeping KPIs
• Document and refine processes while performing quality assurance reviews of financial reports

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 2+ years of QuickBooks Online experience
• 5+ years of accounting or 10+ years of advanced bookkeeping experience
• Experience supervising or mentoring bookkeepers is a plus
• QuickBooks Online certification preferred
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with various accounting tools
