Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AP Specialist IV.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process complex invoices using the Oracle Accounts Payable module
• Monitor subcontracts and ensure compliance with payment requirements
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and respond to audit requests

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma plus 7 years related experience, or AA plus 5 years related experience
• Minimum of two years experience in a high complexity accounting department
• Basic knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
• Minimum two years experience using accounting systems and Excel spreadsheets
• Ability to adapt to change and take initiative
