Accounts Receivable Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Representative 2.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle escalated account and payer disputes, including complex edits and appeals
• Manage advanced account activities such as lien adjudication, settlement, and refund requests
• Act as a billing and reimbursement expert for a defined payer product line

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D
• Two years of experience in healthcare business office operations and customer service, or as a high performer in a similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
