Job Summary
A company is looking for an Administrative Records Specialist responsible for compiling decision files and responding to FOIA requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Compile and organize decision files for multiple rulemaking efforts
- Support FOIA response preparation and maintain administrative records for potential court submission
- Coordinate with BLM staff to ensure all relevant documents are incorporated into decision files
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience related to developing decision files and FOIA response
- Knowledge of Freedom of Information Act exemption categories
- Experience with document management and indexing
- Understanding of administrative record requirements for litigation
- Familiarity with Section 508 compliance requirements
