A company is looking for an Admissions Evaluator I.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and process applications and academic records of prospective and returning students
- Provide chat and email support to answer questions regarding admission and program requirements
- Handle complex student situations and maintain accreditation compliance through audits
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- 18 months of experience in Admissions Verification or a related position
- Ability to type 40-50 words per minute
- Preferred post-secondary education and familiarity with Sharepoint, APEX, Microsoft Office, Etrieve, and Banner
- Ability to work well in a team and represent the department professionally
