Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for prospective students and engage them through various communication channels
- Conduct assessments of prospective students' needs and facilitate the enrollment process
- Manage student databases and maintain accurate knowledge of the university's programs and services
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree required; bachelor's degree strongly preferred, with consideration for relevant experience
- 1+ years of prior sales or consultative selling experience preferred
- Self-driven with the ability to make multiple outbound calls daily
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
