Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative - Tier III.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
- Respond to key customer and vendor inquiries via text, call, tickets, and emails
- Handle escalated customer support concerns and manage relocations and swaps
Required Qualifications
- 2 - 3 years of proven experience in advanced level customer support
- Experience in a customer-driven remote environment preferred
- Solid technical/computer aptitude including the utilization of multi-screen systems
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
