Job Summary
A company is looking for an Agent Onboarding Specialist to manage the onboarding experience for new agents.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee the onboarding process for all new agents, ensuring a smooth transition
- Manage the interactive onboarding checklist and collaborate with internal partners to set up new agents
- Facilitate communication with branch leaders and support recruiting efforts for top-tier agents
Required Qualifications
- 2 or more years of customer service experience preferred; prior real estate office experience strongly preferred
- Technologically proficient with various operating systems and software, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to master additional software as needed, such as Adobe Acrobat and Power BI
- Experience working in a remote environment while maintaining productivity and self-discipline
- Customer-focused and delivery-oriented with a willingness to adjust workload and schedule as needed
