AI Engineer Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead/Principal AI Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, architecture, and execution of the enterprise AI strategy and platform
• Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to define the roadmap and technical strategy for AI capabilities
• Shape and oversee key areas such as LLM enablement, prompt orchestration, and vector search infrastructure

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Information Technology or related field, or six years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Minimum of five years of experience in designing, programming, and supporting software applications
• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or platform architecture
• Proven leadership in enterprise AI platform delivery and collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Hands-on expertise with LLM integration frameworks and scalable microservice architectures
